The fastest way to rent a unit is through our website, click the “Rent Unit” icon at the top of the homepage. You can also rent units over the phone. After renting a unit we will give you a call to schedule a time to meet you at the facility, so that we can give you the key to your lock.

Give us a call, or e-mail us to let us know when you are planning on moving out. On move-out day, remove everything from your unit and make sure it is cleaned out. Give us a call and our groundskeeper will meet you to collect your keys at the storage facility, or you can place your keys in a labeled envelope and drop them in our drop box at the front of the facility.
Although insurance is not required, we strongly encourage our customers to insure their belongings with the affordable storage insurance that we offer. If interested, please ask us for more information on insurance.
No, we provide a lock to each of our tenants, no lock is required. Note that a $10 refundable security deposit is required at move-in to cover potential loss of the lock/keys.
We charge a $10 admin fee as well as a refundable $10 security deposit, which is used to cover any future loss of the lock that is furnished when renting the unit.

We offer traditional drive-up storage as well as premium temperature controlled storage.

We accept checks, money orders as well as credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). We accept ACH Bank Draft and will be happy to setup automatic monthly payments for your convenience. Click “Pay Rent” at the top of the page to get to our payment portal.

The minimum rental period is one month. Storage units are leased on a month-to-month basis. They are prorated at move-in, but are not prorated when moving out.
We do not offer a moving truck at this time.
Yes, a monthly preventative pest control is applied to the outside of the units. In addition a preventative pest control is applied around the edges of the storage units when they cleaned out and prepared for our new tenants.
Our temperature controlled units are kept between 60 and 80 degrees throughout the year.
Yes, all units are lighted and run on a timer switch. In addition the facility has security lighting throughout the facility grounds, which illuminate the facility throughout the night.
Yes, security cameras are located throughout the facility to provide an additional layer of security to our customers.
